What are the delivery times and prices for my order?
Your jewellery comes to you straight from Koh Phangan, an island in southern Thailand. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our workshop.
Orders are sent via tracked mail through our postal partner EMS. Delivery times vary between 8 and 15 days depending on the destination.
Metropolitan France and Corsica Allow 8 to 10 days from receipt of your shipping confirmation.
La Réunion Allow 10 to 15 days from receipt of your shipping confirmation.
International Allow 8 to 15 days depending on your destination.

CAN I TRACK THE SHIPMENT OF MY JEWELLERY?
Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
To track your parcel, copy this number and then go to here Paste it into the TRACK STATUS field at the top left of the page, so you can track your parcel's delivery in real-time.
I'VE BROKEN MY JEWEL, WHAT CAN I DO? DO YOU OFFER AFTER-SALES SERVICE?
We take care of all our after-sales services.
Shipment of the jewellery is at the customer's expense. We recommend that you send it by recorded delivery.

The cost of return postage via tracked post is 6€.
For payment, we send you an invoice by e-mail with a secure payment link when your repair is completed.
The processing times for after-sales service are 30 to 45 days.
I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY JEWELLERY, WHAT CAN I DO?
As soon as you receive your order, you can request an exchange:
Send an email to co*****@***********ux.com accompanied by your order number and a photograph of the new jewellery to be exchanged.
Once validated, you can send your jewellery in its original packaging to the following address:

A credit note will be issued on the DelFine eshop so that you can order the jewel of your choice.
Please note that exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. The jewellery must be new and unworn. DelFine reserves the right to refuse an exchange for jewellery that has been worn or shows any signs of alteration.
IS MY JEWELLERY GUARANTEED?
Yes, all our models come with a 45-day warranty from the date of invoice.
Only the purchase invoice issued by DelFine - www.delfinebijoux.com is valid as proof of guarantee. All jewellery under guarantee will be repaired or exchanged free of charge on presentation of the invoice.
Send an email to co*****@***********ux.com before the end of the 45-day warranty with your order number and a photo of the jewellery to be exchanged.
Once validated, you can send your jewellery to the following address:

Please note that DelFine reserves the right to refuse to exchange a piece of jewellery that is still under guarantee if the way in which it is worn is not in question. If the alteration of the jewel still under guarantee is not the responsibility of DelFine, the owner of the jewel will be held responsible and the jewel will not be exchanged or repaired free of charge.
IS JEWELLERY REALLY "MADE IN FRANCE"?
Yes, all our jewellery is created and made in the DelFine workshop, a nomadic workshop that follows the French designer according to her life's desires. Delphine currently lives in Koh Phangan in Thailand, so it is from this tropical island at the ends of the earth that all your jewellery comes to life, as it is the designer herself who makes each of the pieces you wear.
Our superb 18-carat gold plating is made in Paris.
Our rings are crafted from brass by our Parisian welder.
Although some of the products Delphine uses are of foreign origin (raw materials such as gold or natural stones are not found in the national territory), our suppliers them, are 100% English.

And with PAYPAL, you can also pay in 4x free of charge, depending on the region.
IS PAYMENT SECURE ON YOUR SITE?
Yes, once the order is validated, the payment request is routed in real-time to the secure remote payment manager. The remote payment manager issues an electronic certificate.
CAN I HAVE IT GIFT-WRAPPED?
This offer is not yet available.
However, each of our pieces of jewellery comes with its DelFine natural cotton storage pouch, allowing you to keep it protected from light, preserve it, and polish it so that it lasts a long time. Your package also includes a beautiful DelFine card and a Care Tips card.
At your request, we can accompany your jewellery with a handwritten card featuring your text. Please specify the text when purchasing in the REMARKS box.
CAN I OFFER A GIFT CARD?
Yes, you can offer a gift card. Gift cards are valid for one year on the DelFine website from the date of purchase.
You can choose from 6 different amounts: 50€ – 75€ – 100€ – 150€ – 200€ – 250€.
The unused balance is kept as credit on your customer account for the entire duration of the card's validity.
-Maintenance tips
Here are a few tips to help your DelFine jewellery last a long time:
Avoid contact with seawater, chlorine, chemicals and cosmetics as much as possible: remember to put on your jewellery after applying make-up and perfume.
We recommend that you put your jewellery in its DelFine storage pouch when you're not wearing it or when you're travelling, so that it's protected from light and damp and doesn't get tangled!
Remember to clean your jewellery regularly with a soft, dry cloth to keep the gold shining. In the tropics or in summer, rinse your jewellery in clean water after wearing it and dry it with a terry towel.
Take care of your room by removing it when you are doing physical activity or sleeping.

There are two ways of finding out your ring size.
A ruler and thin tape are all you need. You can also use a tape measure.
Method 1: Measure the circumference of your finger
1. Loosely wrap the ribbon around your finger. Mark the length at which the ribbon makes a complete turn.
2. Transfer this length to the ruler to obtain the measurement corresponding to the circumference of your finger.
3. The measurement in millimetres corresponds to your height. If you're hesitating between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Method 2: Measure the inside diameter of one of your rings
To find out your size in relation to a ring that already fits you, you need to measure the ring's inside diameter.
1. Simply place a ruler on a flat surface and place your ring on it.
2. Measure the distance between the left and right inner faces of the bushing.
3. Refer to the table below to find out your size.
